Revenue Recovery Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist, Low Balance to support patients by recovering outstanding hospital bills through ethical collection practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the Artiva workflow management system to follow up on patient bills and claims
- Analyze information to identify root causes of denied or unpaid claims and determine next steps
- Ensure timely filing guidelines are met and escalate complex accounts to management as needed
Required Qualifications
- High level of professionalism and adherence to debt collection rules and HIPAA requirements
- Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organization and documentation skills for accurate record keeping
- Mathematical ability to perform basic calculations
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding preferred
