Risk Advisor - Financial Audit

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct financial audits and internal control assessments
• Provide training and guidance on internal controls and compliance with the Model Audit Rule
• Collaborate with process owners and external auditors to identify and remediate control deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (or 5+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree)
• 3+ years of experience in financial audits or related field
• Big 4 experience or equivalent preferred
• Professional Certification: CPA, CIA, or CISA is required
• Experience in assessing and testing internal controls and financial processes
