Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and investigate inconsistent credit card transactions processed by the company's merchant customers
• Monitor merchant transactions and chargeback activity, and provide communication to merchants being reviewed
• Utilize tools to gather information useful in determining account risk and consult with appropriate law enforcement agencies when required

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required with at least one year of college or related schooling preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in the merchant bankcard industry or a merchant risk-related role
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Applications
• Chargeback experience
