Risk Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Data Scientist to research, model, implement, and validate algorithms for risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with large structured and unstructured datasets to analyze data and mitigate risk
• Build and validate machine learning and AI models, and create data visualizations for business communication
• Ensure compliance with model validation expectations throughout the model lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six years of related experience, or a Master's degree with four years, or a Ph.D. with two years in a quantitative/analytical/STEM field
• One year of hands-on experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
• Two years of experience with statistical and predictive modeling concepts, including machine learning
• Two years of programming experience analyzing complex datasets using tools like Python or R
