Job Summary
A company is looking for a Risk Governance Analyst to assist in facilitating components of the Risk Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Create and update risk management policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare risk reports for management and engage with stakeholders across various departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least 2 years of experience in governance, compliance, or risk management
- Familiarity with OCC, FRB, and SOX regulations
- Public Accounting experience within the banking industry is preferred
- Experience with Venminder, Tandem, and Workiva is a plus
- Certifications such as CPA, CISA, or CIA are beneficial
