Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Operations Lead to manage risk operations and customer disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team handling customer disputes and reviewing accounts for potential fraud
• Communicate with customers regarding dispute reports and evaluate documentation for validity
• Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to improve internal tools and flag suspicious account activity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk operations or compliance-related roles
• 3+ years of experience managing risk operation teams
• Experience in financial services, accounting, taxes, and/or self-employment
• Ability to establish new processes based on trends and team collaboration
• Self-starter approach to learning in a fast-paced environment
