RN Clinical Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

To optimize team performance in clinical operations, the full-time RN Clinical Operations Supervisor will supervise a team of nurses focused on appealing and overturning client claims denials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of clinicians to enhance quality and efficiency in the appeals process
• Evaluate revenue cycle operations, identifying areas for improvement and supporting staff education
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve barriers and optimize performance in clinical operations

Required qualifications:

• Current, valid RN license and BSN or advanced degree
• Experience in revenue cycle management related to Clinical Operations and Utilization Review
• Clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Psych, or Transplant units
• Familiarity with MCG care guidelines and/or InterQual clinical criteria
• Strong computer proficiency, including knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Suite
