Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety and Loss Control Consultant who will work remotely and assess safety efforts for policyholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct loss analysis and on-site safety surveys to identify hazards
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for improving safety programs
  • Provide training and guidance to policyholders and safety trainees

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, or related field required
  • Preference for a master's degree in Safety or Industrial Hygiene
  • Two years of experience in occupational safety management or consulting preferred
  • Certifications such as CSP, CIH, ARM, or ASP are preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and NFPA standards is required
