Sales Auditor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Auditor to provide auditing and tracking support to the Medicare Sales Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete weekly report cards for Inside Sales and Agent Hotline
- Audit all inbound and outbound communications with members, prospective members, and agents
- Create and present reporting based on auditing trends and findings
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a call center
- Knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
