Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to support the design and administration of sales compensation plans and third-party revenue share agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to design and implement sales compensation plans
  • Manage and maintain commission software to streamline processes and improve accuracy
  • Analyze the effectiveness of compensation programs in driving sales performance

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting or Finance preferred)
  • 2-4 years of relevant sales compensation experience
  • Intermediate level Excel skills with experience working with large amounts of data
  • Experience with sales commission software
  • Experience with Sage Intacct, Hubspot, or Allbound is a plus
