Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound dialing sales prospects to generate interest in products - upwards of 800 calls daily
Handle and overcome sales objections to transfer potential customers to a licensed insurance agent
Meet and exceed specified monthly goals for transfer rates and contact to increase sales agent conversion

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required
1 year or more experience working in a telesales or sales environment
Experience working in a high volume metrics or commission-driven role with proven success
Job stability and tenure in roles
Flexibility to work overtime hours, weekends, or irregular schedules
