Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Development to lead and inspire a global sales development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing global SDR team focused on engagement and customer interaction
- Recruit and mentor top-tier talent while creating scalable processes to meet pipeline and revenue goals
- Collaborate with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance strategies and team performance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS
- 5+ years of experience leading an SDR team of 30+ with global responsibility
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Experience in defining processes and building playbooks in a fast-growing environment
- Ability to implement creative solutions aligned with business objectives
