Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop a high-performing global SDR team focused on engagement and customer interaction
  • Recruit and mentor top-tier talent while creating scalable processes to meet pipeline and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance strategies and team performance

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience leading an SDR team of 30+ with global responsibility
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Experience in defining processes and building playbooks in a fast-growing environment
  • Ability to implement creative solutions aligned with business objectives
