Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Leader to build and lead a high-performing sales development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow, nurture, and inspire members of the SDR team through collaboration and career path development
  • Provide coaching on sales strategies, operational processes, and maintain data hygiene
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Marketing to establish success measures and enhance go-to-market messaging

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS Sales leading an SDR team
  • 2+ years experience selling enterprise technology in a competitive market
  • 2+ years managing a team of 3 or more direct reports
  • Knowledge of SaaS and subscription-based business sales models
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
