Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead a Mid-Market SDR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, onboard, and train new SDR team members
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with team members to support performance and career growth
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure effective messaging and alignment

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales development management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in selling to go-to-market leaders
  • Proven ability to grow high-performing SDR teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
