Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead a Mid-Market SDR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and train new SDR team members
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with team members to support performance and career growth
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure effective messaging and alignment
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales development management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience in selling to go-to-market leaders
- Proven ability to grow high-performing SDR teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
