Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead a team of SDRs in building a top-of-funnel pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale and manage a high-performing team of 6+ SDRs to achieve pipeline goals
- Drive execution of new business pipeline goals by analyzing input metrics and conversion rates
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on campaigns and events to optimize pipeline efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-growing SaaS company
- Proven track record in pipeline generation and team development
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and motivate teams
- Experience in understanding predictable revenue models and sales development
