Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead a team of SDRs in building a top-of-funnel pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale and manage a high-performing team of 6+ SDRs to achieve pipeline goals
  • Drive execution of new business pipeline goals by analyzing input metrics and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on campaigns and events to optimize pipeline efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation and team development
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and motivate teams
  • Experience in understanding predictable revenue models and sales development
