Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives and an independent sales cycle team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Development Representatives and independent sales team members to achieve targets
- Oversee outbound prospecting strategies and ensure proper pipeline creation and sales processes are followed
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in SMB markets
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- Preferred experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of lead generation best practices
