Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of BDRs for inbound lead qualification and outbound opportunity generation
  • Develop strategies to optimize BDR performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation tactics and messaging

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs, preferably in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, or OSS
  • Experience with funnel management across multiple channels (inbound, outbound, upsell, new business)
  • Hands-on experience in onboarding and developing sales teams
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms and lead generation software
  • Experience prospecting or selling into Enterprise accounts
