Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative responsible for qualifying farmers for various agricultural products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place outbound calls to farmers to identify how the company's offerings can benefit their operations
  • Execute prospecting activities and manage the sales process for multiple product lines
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage interactions and document sales processes

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of equivalent experience
  • Passion for agriculture and a desire to prioritize farmers' needs
  • Proven ability to excel in a self-guided work environment
  • Comfortable using and explaining technology products/services
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
