Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospects through outbound calls and set qualified appointments with decision makers
- Document interactions and manage accounts using Salesforce
- Collaborate with the field team to ensure successful appointments and understanding of meeting purposes
Required Qualifications and Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Proficiency in MS Excel and G Suite
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Customer service experience
