Job Summary

As a full-time remote Sales Development Representative, the successful candidate will leverage their creativity and passion to form partnerships with school districts, improve RTI/MTSS practices, and build a high-quality sales pipeline through various outreach tactics.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  • Schedule meetings with school districts using outbound tactics such as cold calling and emailing
  • Develop account-based prospecting strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales and marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
  • General understanding of sales and pipeline building processes
  • Experience in EdTech, education, or related industries
  • Strong drafting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
