Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Mid Market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for outbound prospecting, qualifying business leads, and engaging decision-makers
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop lead-generation strategies
- Articulate the value proposition of products to customers and build pipelines in partnership with Account Executives
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong accountability, communication, and integrity in sales
- Ability to navigate through change, contribute to progress, and find new ways to achieve goals
- Passion for sales and customer-centric approach
- No prior SDR experience required; successful background in recruitment or sales preferred
