Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Sales Development to engage customers and sell or renew contracts for their products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals and services
  • Manage high volumes of customer contacts through phone and email
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) and provide accurate sales forecasts

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Prior success in achieving sales quotas or goals
  • Experience in high-volume calling
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
