Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to join their sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the pipeline of leads, qualify, and convert them into customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead profiles and scoring criteria
  • Develop and implement sales processes and enablement tools
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, particularly with SMB customers
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience working with marketing to enhance lead qualification
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-direct
  • Desire to build and scale a sales process from the ground up
