Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute company sales strategy and maintain headcount targets within budget
  • Coach teams to meet revenue and pipeline targets while ensuring compliance with policies
  • Drive team collaboration and facilitate customer account renewals and upsells

Required Qualifications
  • Five or more years of B2B sales management experience required
  • Five or more years of B2B sales experience preferred
  • Experience in a technology selling environment is preferred
  • Proven track record in mentoring and leadership
  • Strong background in sales training and personnel development
