Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Execute company sales strategy and maintain headcount targets within budget
- Coach teams to meet revenue and pipeline targets while ensuring compliance with policies
- Drive team collaboration and facilitate customer account renewals and upsells
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of B2B sales management experience required
- Five or more years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience in a technology selling environment is preferred
- Proven track record in mentoring and leadership
- Strong background in sales training and personnel development
