Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Manager - Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize CRM tools for seamless lead tracking and reporting
- Support the implementation and maintenance of sales enablement tools and platforms
- Continuously optimize the sales playbook and ensure alignment across Growth teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of insurance industry experience in B2B or Technology/SaaS sales organizations
- Understanding of sales and marketing environments, including tools and training
- Comfort with financial modeling and analytical tools
- Broad experience with sales, martech, and analytics tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree or higher
