Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Manager - Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize CRM tools for seamless lead tracking and reporting
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of sales enablement tools and platforms
  • Continuously optimize the sales playbook and ensure alignment across Growth teams

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of insurance industry experience in B2B or Technology/SaaS sales organizations
  • Understanding of sales and marketing environments, including tools and training
  • Comfort with financial modeling and analytical tools
  • Broad experience with sales, martech, and analytics tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
