Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build knowledge, competencies, and job skills in team members to enhance performance
  • Create and optimize new hire onboarding program to reduce ramp time to productivity
  • Develop and execute programs to improve team performance metrics and drive improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of related experience in training and enablement
  • Experience in B2B SaaS industry
  • Proficiency with CRMs, LMS platforms, and eLearning software
  • 2+ years of experience supporting or within a sales role
  • Experience in people management or demonstrated ability to lead others
