Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive sales effectiveness through training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement strategies and training programs for the sales team
  • Assess individual rep skills and create customized development plans
  • Provide strategic guidance on pipeline reviews and deal progression

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training and enablement
  • Experience in developing curriculum for training sessions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement platforms
  • Prior experience in a full-cycle AE role or as a team lead with coaching responsibilities
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies with $100M-$200M revenue
