Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive sales effectiveness through training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies and training programs for the sales team
- Assess individual rep skills and create customized development plans
- Provide strategic guidance on pipeline reviews and deal progression
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales training and enablement
- Experience in developing curriculum for training sessions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement platforms
- Prior experience in a full-cycle AE role or as a team lead with coaching responsibilities
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies with $100M-$200M revenue
