Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive Sustainability Transformation and improve the capability, productivity, and efficiency of the Customer Markets organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and programs
  • Provide tools and resources to the sales team to enhance product value communication and deal closure
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the launch of new offerings and initiatives

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement programs or related fields
  • Experience in a large, global matrix organization requiring cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of sales enablement technologies, including CRM and LMS
  • Ability to work effectively with remote sales teams and management
  • Experience in onboarding and offboarding team members
