Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will support the account management and sales teams with essential tools, resources, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, develop, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for the account management and sales teams
  • Continuously improve training programs and manage an internal knowledge base for easy access to information
  • Partner with leadership to track key performance indicators and support the recontracting process for newly acquired clients

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare technology, healthcare management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement and/or marketing
  • Sales or sales enablement experience is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
