Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales Engineering and Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the Sales Engineering team during technical discussions and product demonstrations
  • Analyze client requirements to design custom solutions and oversee implementation plans
  • Direct the development of Trials (PoCs) to showcase product value and ensure smooth client integration

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of AdTech experience at an SSP, DSP, or solutions provider
  • 5+ years in a Sales/Support Engineering role
  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a technical sales environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of SFDC and SQL for reporting and investigation
  • Proven experience in mentoring Sales Engineers and leading pre-sales activities
