Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Account Executives to prospect, research accounts, and generate business interest
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing Account Executives while driving a performance culture
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on team performance and accurate forecasts to sales leadership

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years in quota-carrying software sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of management experience in a sales environment
  • Proven experience in hiring and developing sales representatives
  • Experience using and implementing a sales methodology and familiarity with Salesforce
