Sales Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop their Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective Sales strategies to maximize lead conversion
- Manage and provide support and training to a team of Sales Agents
- Monitor Sales team performance and prepare regular reports for upper management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision or management
- Prefer BA/BS; High School Diploma or GED required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Stable, relevant work history
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
