Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ambitious sales growth targets within a changing market environment
- Lead, motivate, and develop key library sales accounts in the region
- Drive market adoption and customer acceptance for the KU Diamond Open Access business model
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales track record with experience in managing and developing key accounts
- Strong understanding of the STM publishing and Open Access marketplace
- Extensive library experience and a network of decision-makers in scholarly communications
- Experience coordinating tasks in a global corporate environment
- Knowledge of library needs and demands at institutional and consortia levels
