Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager - SMB - Bilingual (English & Punjabi) - Factoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support an offshore team of Account Executives to close SMB trucking companies
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed conversion targets
- Conduct coaching sessions and track team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Punjabi
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience in the FinTech or logistics industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support team members
