Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Ops Analyst to support the GTM Team in designing processes and managing systems to achieve company-wide KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and training for new Sales team members on processes and systems
- Provide ad-hoc analytics support and optimize business operations for Sales and Customer Success
- Generate complex reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Basic Salesforce administration experience and understanding of CRM tools
- Familiarity with adjacent CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesloft, and Zoominfo
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling
- Experience with SQL for analytical capabilities
