Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Ops Analyst to support the GTM Team in designing processes and managing systems to achieve company-wide KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and training for new Sales team members on processes and systems
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics support and optimize business operations for Sales and Customer Success
  • Generate complex reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Basic Salesforce administration experience and understanding of CRM tools
  • Familiarity with adjacent CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesloft, and Zoominfo
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling
  • Experience with SQL for analytical capabilities
