Job Summary
To support scalable global operations, the remote Sales Operations Manager will design and own Salesforce processes, reporting infrastructure, and capacity planning while collaborating with senior leaders across Services and Customer Engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert, managing front-end and back-end configurations to support operations
- Design and deploy repeatable Salesforce processes to enhance forecast accuracy and project health visibility
- Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, aligning with operational priorities set by senior leadership
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of operations experience in a SaaS, professional services, or consulting organization
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including Flow Builder and advanced reporting
- Experience in building and scaling operational workflows for professional services teams
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
- Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software integrated with Salesforce is preferred
