Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (Northwest) to support sales and marketing efforts in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders using Salesforce.com
- Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and sales executives
- Assist the marketing team with planning and coordinating regional events
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
- 3+ years in a customer service/sales support role, preferably in the IT industry
- Prior experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
