Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator to manage sales operations order execution processes for assigned sales accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book customer orders and verify the accuracy of documents
  • Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to review order status and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and process improvements

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume sales environment
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a sales operations specialist role
  • Experience in an IT-related or IT manufacturing-related business preferred
