Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize sales processes, including pipeline management, lead generation, and CRM maintenance
- Automate workflows using Zapier
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations role or similar
- Proficiency in Zapier or Make for workflow automation
- Strong experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills
