Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, including pipeline management, lead generation, and CRM maintenance
  • Automate workflows using Zapier
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations role or similar
  • Proficiency in Zapier or Make for workflow automation
  • Strong experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills
