Sales Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing sales enablement initiative, the fully remote Sales Program Manager and Designer will lead low- to medium-complexity projects, translate business objectives into actionable plans, and create high-impact sales materials using PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects supporting sales enablement across distribution channels
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans and deliverables
• Design and develop compelling sales enablement materials and presentations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project/program management, sales enablement, or a related field
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint for visual storytelling and presentation creation
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for creating polished materials
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
