Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Recruiter (Expansion HR Team) for a 4-month vendor contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top sales talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Sales Recruiter within the SaaS industry
- Strong experience in closing Account Executive roles for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Global experience is essential
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Advanced knowledge of English and deep knowledge of CV sources like LinkedIn and Indeed
