Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate I, Strategy & Execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core reporting to track key performance metrics for global sales development leadership
- Manage quarterly target and quota setting processes, including audits and credit validation
- Evaluate and optimize sales development systems and workflows to enhance productivity
Required Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of GTM S&O functional areas, including annual planning and forecasting
- Strong proficiency in SQL to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing data-driven strategies
- Ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders
