Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Solution Overlay Sales team by creating standard reporting and analytics
- Analyze sales metrics and collaborate with technical teams to develop BI dashboard reporting requirements
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to change management and go-to-market projects
Required Qualifications
- Over 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to build detailed models
- Experience in creating real-time dashboards from CRM data, with SFDC expertise preferred
- Proven ability to communicate insights effectively and lead data presentations for executives
- Demonstrated process improvement skills and a strong desire to drive impact
