Job Summary

Providing essential operational and administrative support to the direct Sales team, the full-time Sales Support Assistant will manage lead tracking, coordinate sales activities, and assist with documentation in a remote SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with lead management and customer record updates in HubSpot
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-up activities using Zoom
  • Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and reports using Microsoft Office
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role in a SaaS or B2B sales environment
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of Zoom for meeting coordination
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
