Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls from internal sales representatives and external broker agents
• Provide excellent customer service to contracted Broker community and SCAN Sales Representatives
• Maintain professional knowledge of Medicare and SCAN benefits by completing required training

Required Qualifications:

• GED/High School diploma
• 2+ years of sales support experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred
• Office hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
