Sales Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to facilitate pre-sale and post-sale operations for a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales teams in creating proposals and presentations for client pitches
- Use Salesforce CPQ to generate accurate quotes and support sales operations
- Coordinate ad copy collection and collaborate with teams to deliver ad materials on time
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Sales Support or customer service, preferably in advertising
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is an asset
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn new technologies
- Experience or willingness to work outside the Eastern Time Zone is a plus
