Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to enhance client relationships and support post-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives with post-sales functions, including quote configurations and purchase orders
- Communicate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to confirm product pricing and availability
- Coordinate logistics and purchasing to provide tracking information and assist with RFQ and RFP documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service with strong telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional demeanor and adaptability to change
