Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Systems to lead a team focused on enhancing sales systems and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of sales systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead and develop a diverse global team while executing comprehensive roadmaps for sales systems enhancement
  • Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners, overseeing system security and compliance

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or sales systems management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce administration and customization
  • Proven experience managing multiple sales enablement platforms
  • Strong track record of leading high-performing global teams
  • Experience working for high growth companies, preferably in SaaS
