Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on Sales roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads throughout the recruitment process
- Conceptualize and execute applicant sourcing strategies to engage with passive talent
Required Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in Sales roles
- Knowledge of talent in the B2B SaaS space
- Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Ability to build trust and rapport with hiring teams and stakeholders
- Organizational skills to manage multiple roles across the organization
