Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on Sales roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads throughout the recruitment process
  • Conceptualize and execute applicant sourcing strategies to engage with passive talent

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in Sales roles
  • Knowledge of talent in the B2B SaaS space
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with hiring teams and stakeholders
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple roles across the organization
