Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Architect to own the complete Salesforce Service Cloud Solution and Technical Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define technical architecture and integration with other enterprise solutions
- Develop detailed configuration specifications and manage customer communications related to architecture design
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration
- Experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com Certification(s) and architecture experience
- Ability to perform health checks and assess org configurations and security
- Experience in creating technical requirements for Salesforce solution design
